KLISE
Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Klise at klise.app, operated by Sim Wei Shaun ("Klise", "we", "us"). By using Klise, you agree to them.
What Klise is
Klise turns a group event into one shared disposable camera: guests scan a link, shoot blind, and the whole roll develops together, live or at a reveal time set by the host.
Accounts
Hosts may sign in to keep rolls across devices. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Guests do not need an account.
Your content and consent
You and your guests keep ownership of the photos you add. You are responsible for the content in your rolls and for having the consent of the people you photograph and invite. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
License to run the service
So we can operate a roll, you grant Klise a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display the photos solely to provide the service to you and your roll's participants. This license ends when the content is deleted.
Acceptable use
Do not use Klise for illegal, infringing, abusive, or deceptive content, and do not attempt to break, overload, or abuse the service. We may remove content or close any roll or account that violates these terms.
Payments
Paid rolls are a one-time charge per roll, with no subscription, processed by Xendit. Prices are shown in your local currency. Because a roll is made available to you immediately, paid rolls are generally non-refundable except where a refund is required by law.
Service provided "as is"
Klise is an early product offered "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features may change and the service may have downtime. Keep your own copy of any photos that matter to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of photos or data arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Klise at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or if needed to protect the service or its users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the courts of Malaysia.
